Using eco-friendly cleaning equipment and detergents. every single garment is woven to the highest quality standards. Each item is carefully inspected, treated, and processed to ensure the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Our standard pickup and delivery timings are 9 AM to 10 PM, Monday through Sunday. We offer next-day delivery for most orders and same-day service for urgent requests, at an extra charge.

We currently service Downtown Dubai and surrounding neighborhoods within a 20-mile radius. Our service area map on the website will provide you with more details.

For lost or damaged items, our company’s maximum payable compensation is 10 times the charge on the bill related to that particular item. This ensures that customers receive reasonable compensation while also reflecting the item’s value as indicated by the service charge.

All items are individually checked before being processed. Unlike most common laundry services that reject around 15% of the stock, at 365Laundry we pride ourselves on less than 1% rejection rate on the quality of our laundry provision.
