By accessing and using the dry cleaning and laundry services provided by 365 Laundry (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”), you (hereinafter referred to as “the User” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”). Please read these Terms carefully before using our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Services Offered

365 Laundry provides dry cleaning and laundry services as described on our website or through other communication channels. You can place an order for laundry services through our mobile application, which may offer discounts and special offers for app-based orders.

3. User Obligations

    • You agree to provide accurate and complete personal information when placing an order or signing up for our services, including your name, contact details, and address.

    • You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the items submitted for cleaning and any specific instructions provided. You can provide special instructions for your laundry in the notes section when placing your order. Our team will make reasonable efforts to follow your specific requests.

    • You agree to pay the fees associated with the services requested as outlined on our pricing list or as communicated to you.

    • You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using our Service.

    • You are responsible for checking items before submitting them for laundry. While we also conduct checks, you remain responsible for ensuring no unacceptable items are included.

4. Payment Terms

    • Payment for our services may be processed using accepted methods, including cards, cash, and bank transfers, as specified at the time of order.

    • You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees.  

    • Prices for our services are subject to change without prior notice.  

5. Service Usage

    • We will use reasonable efforts to provide the Service in a timely and professional manner.

    • You can track the status of your order through our mobile application. You will receive notifications at each stage of the process, from pickup to delivery.

    • Our standard pickup and delivery timings are between 9 AM and 10 PM, Monday through Sunday. We offer next-day delivery for most orders and may provide same-day service for urgent needs at an extra charge, subject to availability.

    • We currently service the downtown and surrounding neighborhoods within a 20-mile radius of our operating location. Please refer to our service area map on our website for more details.

    • We use state-of-the-art, eco-friendly cleaning equipment and detergents. Each item is carefully inspected, treated, and processed to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

6. Data Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information. By using our Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of 365 Laundry and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our policy on lost or damaged items is as follows: the maximum compensation payable by our company for any lost or damaged item shall be limited to ten (10) times the charge on the bill specifically related to that particular item. This represents the sole and exclusive remedy for any loss or damage to your items.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 365 Laundry, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and without prior notice.

12. Governing Law  

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, specifically the laws of Dubai, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.  

13. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
